What the pilot is

One real client decision, worked end to end: a source-audited decision brief with a TEST / PIVOT / HOLD posture, a claim-level evidence ledger with sources and retrieval dates, counter-evidence, explicit reversal conditions, and a designed 14-day proof sprint with a success threshold and stop rule — followed by a decision review call to walk it through. It supports your decision; it does not guarantee demand, profitability, fundraising, or business success.

How an engagement starts

  1. You enquire through the site or by email.
  2. We confirm fit and scope in writing — one decision, one client.
  3. We invoice A$750. Payment is by invoice with 7-day terms; this website takes no payment and stores no payment details.
  4. Work begins once payment has cleared and your inputs are complete.

What you must supply

  • the decision on the table — new offer, campaign, positioning, or market move;
  • who the buyer is, and your buyer / problem / outcome statement;
  • your current evidence — conversations, waitlist or intent signals, and any sales or pipeline data you already hold;
  • the budget at risk and any hard constraints or deadlines;
  • relevant client or business context — positioning documents, prior research, pricing;
  • a contact who can answer questions during the delivery window.

Send only what the decision needs. Please do not send sensitive personal information about individuals — the brief does not require it.

Delivery timeframe

The completed brief is delivered within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment and complete inputs. If inputs are incomplete, the clock pauses and we tell you exactly what is missing. If we ever cannot meet the date, we tell you before it passes and agree a new one — or refund you in full.

What you receive

  • a PDF decision brief, typically 8–12 pages, containing the decision posture, evidence ledger with sources and retrieval dates, counter-evidence, reversal conditions, and the 14-day proof-sprint plan with threshold and stop rule;
  • a decision review call of 45 minutes by video, scheduled with you after delivery, to walk through the recommendation and the test.

Revisions

The pilot includes one revision round, requested within 14 days of delivery. It covers corrections and reasonable adjustments within the original scope — a different decision, client, or market is a new engagement. Factual errors we made are fixed at any time and do not count against the round.

Refunds and cancellation

Our position, in plain terms:

  • cancel before research begins — full refund;
  • we fail to deliver the brief — full refund;
  • after delivery, if the brief misses the scope we agreed in writing — we use the review call and revision round to fix it first, and if we still cannot meet the agreed scope, we refund in full;
  • change of mind after delivery is not refundable.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where AI is used — and where it is not

The free framing check on this site involves no AI: it is fixed, deterministic scoring logic. For the paid pilot, AI tools may assist with collating desk research, summarising source material, and first-pass drafting. No output ships on AI’s word alone: every brief passes review by Pat Dusabe personally before delivery — there is no analyst pool, and no one else’s name goes on your client’s document, simulated or synthetic customer perspectives are never presented as interviews, and your material is never used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

What the human reviewer checks

  • every material claim has a source that exists and says what we say it says;
  • source dates and freshness — stale evidence is flagged, not hidden;
  • numerical accuracy of figures, thresholds, and calculations;
  • counter-evidence has been looked for and shown, not just supporting evidence;
  • the recommendation actually follows from the evidence ledger;
  • reversal conditions and stop rules are observable and testable within the sprint.

Your material: privacy and retention

Client material is private by default. We use it only to produce your brief, store it on access-controlled Cloudflare infrastructure — which may process and store data outside Australia — retain engagement records for 24 months and then delete them, or earlier on request, and never use it to train AI models without explicit consent. Full details are in our Privacy policy.
